Meatballs
A simple and delicious meatball recipe.
Serves: 36 meatballs
Ingredients
  • 2 pounds - Ground Beef (80/20)
  • 5-7 cloves - Garlic
  • 1 tsp - Salt
  • 4 tbsp - Parsley (Fresh is the best)
  • 1 cup - Breadcrumbs, Moistened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup - Romano Cheese, Freshly Grated
Directions
  1. 1.
    In a large bowl, Mix the ingredients together
  2. 2.
    Roll into ball about 1in to 1-1/2in in diameter
  3. 3.
    Space out on baking sheet
  4. 4.
    Bake at 350f for 35-45 minutes
